so rednecks or just southerners in general do use the phrase I reckon.
I mean that sounds to other people in the USA or even in the south, to be weird.
But, this is what strikes me as weird, English people use the phrase reckon. They say don’t you reckon or somethin but basically we both use that term and what makes me a bit confused is that reckon in America is considered a strange slang or unintelligent but if an English person uses the same term in the same way, to American’s it sounds Posh (sophisticated).
Anyway, I just think that’s a bit weird…
